How long is the shipping time?

Usually, all of our products are processed within 5 business days, and shipping takes about 10-20 working days after you confirm the QC photos if there is no delay.

Are the sneakers true to size?

Yes, most of our shoes are true to size. If you are not sure, you can contact us for verification.

Are our shoes genuine?

All of our shoes are replicas. If you only want to buy genuine shoes, please do not purchase from our website.

Can I check the photos before placing an order?

We only provide QC photos after you place the order. There are no photos available for you to check before purchasing.

Can I cancel the order after purchasing?

If you don't like the shoes after checking the QC photos, we can arrange to change one pair for you to check or arrange a refund for you. However, if the shoes are confirmed for delivery, the order cannot be canceled.

What is the return, refund, and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it.

(In the case that the shoes have not been worn and must be in the same condition as when we sent them. Learn more on the return policy)

We will not accept any returns or exchanges beyond the 30-day period.
