Returns Policy

You may return any new, un-used items within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund less shipping. We will not accept returns on items that have been used.

If you need to exchange or return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Stroll Style is based in the US so our shipping is as well. We do ship to most international countries. If you are interested in purchasing from us and you are not from the US please email us at StrollnStyle@yahoo.com and we can see if shipping to you is possible. 

US and Canada Shipping: Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of ordering and sent via United States Postal Service via Priority Mail. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Shipping: Shipping to countries other than US or Canada will be subject to a $2.00 handling fee as well as a base shipping rate of $12.95 for each item ordered. Depending on final weight of order, items will either ship United States postal Service first class mail (6-12 business days) or Priority mail (6-10 business days).

Free Shipping Codes: Occasionally Stroll Style will advertise free shipping on our Facebook, Twitter or website. Free shipping only applies to Domestic shipping (USA and Canada) International shipping will not be free but discounted by no more than $7.95 for the total order as international shipping costs significantly more than Domestic shipping.
